摘要
幸福管理能顺应人性规律和尊重人的主体性,是管理理性与人文关怀的有机结合。从组织行为学角度分析幸福管理,有利于管理者和员工心理与行为的彻底精神革命与理念提升,对获得人的全面幸福、群体的社会性幸福、组织的价值性幸福具有重要意义,体现了幸福管理"至善"境界的管理价值和魅力。
The happy management which that can comply with the human nature rule and respect the human independent is an organic synthesis of management rationality and the humanities concerning. From the view of organizational behavior, happiness management is advantageous to thorough spiritual revolution and idea promotion of the managers and staffs to obtain comprehensive happiness of person, social happiness of group and value happiness of organization, this manifests the management value and charm of the "ultimate perfection" realm about happiness management.
