摘要
战略性绩效管理是战略性人力资源管理的关键环节,能够有力地执行组织战略,是组织发展的强力推进器。实施战略性绩效管理必须理清基于组织战略的绩效管理的内涵、重要意义、存在问题、实施对策及发展趋势。
Strategic performance management is a strategic human resources management the key to be able to effectively implement organizational strategy, organizational development are high-powered propulsion. Implementation of strategic performance management must sort out organizational strategy based on the connotation of performance management, the importance of the core issues and development trends.
