摘要
目的探讨研究生人格类型与其应付方式的关系,为研究生的教育、管理提供依据。方法用MBTI人格类型量表和应付方式问卷对南京某综合性大学的468名研究生进行测量。结果在应付方式问卷上,成熟的应付方式得分较高,不成熟和混合型的应付方式得分显著较低(P<0.001);某些应付方式存在性别、年级和专业的显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在MBTI人格类型量表上,16种人格类型分布有显著差异,其中,最多的是ESTJ(外倾感觉思维判断)型,占总数的12.4%。部分人格维度和人口学因素可以作为应付方式状况的有效判别变量。结论研究生的人格维度、人格类型与其应付方式存在一定的关联。
Objective To explore the relationship between coping styles and personality types of postgraduates and provide reference for their education or management.Methods A total of 468 postgraduates were survered with MBTI and Coping Style Questionnaire.Results The levels of solving problems and seeking help were significantly higher while those of self blame,retreating and rationalization were lower（P〈0.001）.In some coping styles,there were remarkable differences between sexes,grades and majors（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.In MBTI,the distribution of 16 personality types was significantly different（P〈0.001）,the majority of postgraduates belonged to the ESTJ,which amounted for 12.4% of all.Some personality dimensions and demographic factors could effectively discriminate coping styles.ConclusionThere was some relationship between postgraduates＇ personality dimensions or personality types and their coping styles.
