摘要
目的:探讨民办高校学生心理健康与应对方式的关系。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应对方式问卷对随机选取的某民办高校192名新生进行调查。结果:1应付方式得分由高到低依次是解决问题、求助、退避、幻想、合理化和自责;2除求助因子,其他方面男女之间存在显著差异(t=2.006,5.111,3.781,5.266,3.781;P<0.05)。生源地类型与应付方式各个因子无显著差异,文理科生在解决问题上面有非常显著差异(t=2.694,P<0.01);3SCL-90各因子与中国青年常模相比,仅在人际关系敏感(t=-4.073,P<0.01)和忧郁(t=-2.104,P<0.05)有显著差异;与全国大学生常模相比均有显著性差异(t=-7.967^-2.483,P<0.05)。SCL-90多数因子与应对方式中的自责、幻想、退避和合理化之间正相关,与解决问题、求助两个因子呈现出负相关(r=-0.187~0.417,P<0.05);4回归分析表明,应付方式可解释大学生心理健康85.5%的变异量。结论:应付方式对大学生心理健康有重要影响。
Objective: To explore the relationship between mental health and copying styles of college students. nethods:SCL--90 and Coping Styles Scale were used to investigate 192 university students that came from some private university.Results:①The scores of the students' copying styles which from high to low were solving problem, recourse, retreat, fantasy, rationalization, remorse.② In some coping styles, there were significant differences between sexes and majors(science, arts) (P 〈0.05) and no remarkable differences in source land type.③No significant differences existed between SCL--90 and the norm of national youth.Except interpersonal sensitivity(t=-4.073, P〈 0.01)and depression(t =-2.104, P〈0.05), and remarkable differences existed between SCL-90 and national college students norm(t=-7.967--2.483,P〈0.05).Significant correlation existed among SCL--90 and copying styles (r =-0.187-0.417,P 〈 0.05).④)The regression analysis indicated that coping style could explain 85.5% of the total variance.Conclusion:Coping style has an important influence on college students mental health.
