摘要
对都江堰安龙镇某九年制学校学生进行复原力、创伤后应激反应和心理健康状况的测查,探讨复原力对中小学生创伤后应激反应和心理健康状况的影响,为心理援助活动提供参考。结果表明:(1)在震后一个半月时,该校学生有17.3%的人出现较严重的创伤后应激反应,12.9%的人心理健康水平较低;(2)复原力中的积极认知和信任两个维度对降低学生创伤后应激反应、促进学生心理健康恢复具有比较大的作用;(3)创伤后应激反应在复原力对心理健康的影响中起着部分中介的作用。
A questionnaire including resilience, posttraumatic stress response and mental health is conducted among the students of a 9 - year school in Dujiangyan, Sichuan Province. The purpose is to explore the influence of resilience on PTSR and mental health, and then provide reference for psychological assistance. The results show: (1) One and a half months after earthquake, 17.3% of the students show serious PTSR, and 12.9% have low level of mental health. (2) Two dimensions of resilience, positive cognition and trust, significantly reduce students' PTSR and promote their mental health. (3) PTSR is partly the mediator in the relation between resilience and mental health.
