摘要
如何能够真正地解决好民生问题,尤其是解决好我国当前各阶层间收入分配不断扩大的差距问题,不仅需要我们解放思想,更需要我们从过去单纯就收入分配来解决分配差距的思路中跳出来,摆脱片面追求GDP数据增长的思维,努力弥合GDP增长与民生福利改善的差距;财政支出要向民生倾斜;调整国民收入分配格局,扭转我国居民收入在国民收入中比重不断下降的趋势;发展农村、农业劳动力市场,让农村低收入者的收入增长快一点;打破经营垄断,创造机会公平。
Ways to safeguard the life of every countryman and narrow the income gap among different stratums in China are subject to the following points： to fully liberate the mind so that it＇s possible to break away from the idea of merely pursuing the growth of GDP, and meanwhile to bridge the gap between GDP ＇s growth and the improvement of social welfare; to increase the proportion of social welfare in government ＇s expenditure and adjust the allotment patterns so as to stop the decrease of resident＇s income; to develop the labor market in rural areas and enable low-income families better their lives; to break through any marketing monopoly and create an environment for fair competition.
