摘要
考虑到消费对经济的拉动作用,本文研究了我国29个省市城镇居民的消费行为。首先对全国城镇居民收入消费进行建模,了解我国的整体消费情况;其次对我国29个省市城镇居民的收入消费建立平行数据模型,分析出各省市居民的消费行为存在较大差异,从居民收入和边际消费倾向两个方面分析得出近十年来我国居民消费一直低迷,消费需求不足。而低收入者过多和居民“重收入、轻消费”的行为是消费需求不足的主要原因。针对我国城镇居民消费低迷的现状,政府应充分发挥在收入再分配上的功能,更好地完善分配制度,提高中等收入者比重,进一步拓宽消费领域,改善消费环境,倡导文明合理消费,从而提高社会平均消费倾向和居民的边际消费倾向,把居民消费水平提升上去,发挥消费对经济的拉动作用。
This paper made an analysis on consumption behavior of urban household in 29 provinces of our country considering the positive effect of consumption on economy. Firstly making model on income and consume situation of the whole urban households to see the whole consumption situation of our country; then creating panel data model on income and consume situation of urban households in 29 provinces of our country, and concluded that there is obvious difference among those areas as well as urban household consumption was always low and an apparent shortage of consumption demanding during those ten years using analysis on household incame and consumption tendency. However, the enhancing of income gap and excess of low - income people along with the emphasis on income and weakening consumption behavior are the major reasons of consumption demanding deficiency. Due to this low consumption situation our government should exploit intensively the function of income redistribution, perfect distribution system, increase the ratio of mid - income and further extend consume field, improve consume environment, enconrage reasonable consume, Therefore it can increase social average consumption tendency and every area consumpfion tendency, promote honsehold consumption and display the positive effect of consumption on economy.
