摘要
目的探讨针对性综合培训对本科护生实习前焦虑和抑郁的影响,为护理教育提供依据。方法采用自编的本科护生实习前培训需求调查问卷对120名护生进行调查,了解需要培训的内容和喜欢的培训方法后,对护生进行针对性的综合培训,包括实习前动员和专业思想教育,实习医院情况介绍,医疗安全教育,职业防护教育,职业礼仪训练,护理技能操作培训,人际沟通技巧及健康教育方法培训,心理压力应对方法。结果培训前后护生焦虑、抑郁程度及评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论针对性综合培训可有效缓解护生的心理压力,改善护生实习前的焦虑、抑郁状况。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive training before internship on anxiety and depression of undergraduate nursing students. Methods A self designed questionnaire was filled out by undergraduate nursing students in terms of their training needs before clinical practice and their interested training methods, then comprehensive training program was conducted, including mobilization for internship and professional ideological education, introduction of hospital for practice, medical safety education, occupational protection education, occupational etiquette training, nursing skills training, interpersonal communication skills training, methods for patients health education and coping styles for psychological stress. Results The scores of SAS and SDS showed significant differences before and after the comprehensive training, so did the level(P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Targeted comprehensive training can reduce anxiety and depression of undergraduate nursing students before practice, and alleviate their psychological pressure effectively.
