摘要
目的探讨口腔科种植体的科学管理方法。方法采用植入材料验收、交接签收单和高风险医用材料使用登记表,加强种植体采购、验收、保管环节及术前、术中、术后的管理。结果加强管理后种植体保管完好率、与此相关的医疗纠纷发生率、患者满意率显著高于实施前(均P<0.01)。结论加强种植体管理,可保证手术的安全,减少医疗纠纷,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore scientific management for dental implants. Methods Registration forms for receiving dental implants and application of high-risk medical materials were used to enhance the management for procurement, acceptance and storage of dental implants, and details for preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative management were strengthened. Results The rate for well preserved implants, related medical dispute and patient satisfaction showed significant differences before and after the implementation（P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion Enhancing the management for implants could guard the safety of operation, decrease medical dispute and promote patient satisfaction.
