摘要
大力发展航运金融产业是上海国际航运中心软环境建设的重要环节。本文通过分析国内船舶融资业务的发展现状,提出了设立船舶融资资产转让信托、船舶投资基金以及将船舶融资资产证券化等设想与其他相关配套政策建议。
It is vital to build the soft environment for a high leveled shipping centre. Base on the analysis of domestic vessel fund-raising business, the essay suggests the establishment of vessel investment fund and fiduciary fund-raising asset transferring, securitization of vessel fund-raising assets, and governance monitoring of registration and taxation.
