摘要
资产支撑证券化(ABS)是当前颇为流行的项目融资模式,对ABS的概念及其对我国基础设施建设的重要意义作了简单介绍,就开展ABS所遇到的风险及风险评价作了进一步的论述。
Asset-Backed Securitization has been a popular project financing mode recently.The concept of ABS and its significance for infrastructure construction in our country is explained in this paper.And then the author puts forward a risk identification and risk evaluation method when carrying out ABS financing,which is helpful to evaluate and manage ABS project risks.
