摘要
本文首先对基础设施信托业务的现有运行模式进行了总结,指出当前基础设施信托业务存在的主要问题,随后依托信托特有的制度优势,设计了基础设施信托业务的发展思路,最后针对业务发展提出了几点政策建议。
Infrastructure trust can not only raise social capital, but also realize multi-channel financing for infrastructure project. Additionally, some trust companies have professional management experience in infrastructure area. Infrastructure trust serves as an important access to infrastructure area. The article summarizes current operational models of infrastructure trust, points out the deficiency, and gives out outlook designs of business model. Finally, some policy suggestions are also proposed.
