摘要
通过对铁液在特定条件下的选择性氧化进行热力学分析计算,证实低硅铁水冶炼方式会加剧炉缸的渗碳侵蚀,为低硅冶炼时的护炉操作提供依据。
By thermodynamic analysis calculation on selected oxidizing of melted iron under special conditions, it is proved that low-silicon iron smelting would aggravate the carburizing erosion on hearth of blast furnace. Upon the analysis proper furnace - protection operation should be adopted.
