摘要
通过Si Al O体系的热力学分析计算 ,认为国内钢厂采用SiAlFe进行终脱氧的效果并非由于Si、Al复合脱氧的作用 ,而是该合金物理性能的原因 ,并根据普碳钢生产工艺条件对合金成分设计提出建议。
Through Thermodynamic analysis and calculation of Si Al O System,the paper considers that the result of final deoxidation with SiAlFe alloy in demestic steel plants is not produced by complex deoxidation of Si and Al,but is because of the alloy physical property.It also puts forward the proposal on alloy composition according with process condition of producing plain carbon structural steel.
