摘要
迁钢1号高炉在炉缸二、三段水温差和热流强度急剧升高后,通过采取控制强度,提高冷却水压力、加钛球护炉、控制炉前出铁、改善煤气初始分布等措施,把水温差降到合理的范围内,实现了高炉的长期顺稳生产。
As differential temperature of cooling water and specific heat flow rate in the second and third section of No. 1 BF hearth in Qian'an Iron and Steel Co, Ltd. rise up abruptly, a string of measures are adopted, such as controlling the output, increasing the pressure of cooling water, adding TiO2 to protect the BF, controlling the numbers of heats and improving the initial distribution of gas, as a result, the differential water temperature drops down to a accepted level and the blast furnace achieves long- time stability in production.
