摘要
目的:探讨肾浊清颗粒剂延缓慢性肾衰竭的作用机理。方法:对62例慢性肾衰竭脾肾两虚湿浊、血瘀证患者,随机分为治疗组31例、对照组31例,2组患者在基础治疗的同时,治疗组采用肾浊清颗粒剂治疗,对照组采用尿毒清治疗。观察2组治疗前后肾功能、Hb、TNF-α、SIL-2R的变化;同时观察其临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.32%,对照组总有效率为80.64%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);其中对Scr、Ccr的改善,降低患者血清TNFα-、SIL-2R的浓度,治疗组亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾浊清颗粒剂能明显延缓慢性肾衰竭的进展,且优于尿毒清对照组,可能与肾浊清降低血中TNFα-、SIL-2R浓度,从而抑制肾组织的纤维化,改善肾衰患者免疫功能紊乱状态有关。
Purpose : To explore the mechanismof Shen Zhuo Qing granules for the delay of chronic renal failure . Methods :62 chronicrenal failure patients with damp-turbid deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into one treatment group and one control group.While giving a basic treatment to the patients in the two groups ,31 patients in the treatment group were treated with Shen Zhuo Qinggranules and another 31 patientsinthe control group weretreated with Niaoduqing.The renal function, Hb,TNF-α,SIL-2Rchanges of thepatients in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment . At the same ti me the i mprovement of clinical symptoms was alsoobserved. Results : The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90 .32 %and the total effective rate of the control group was 80 .64 %. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0 .05) .In the i mprovement of Scr , Ccr and lowering ofserum TNF-α,SIL-2Rconcentration,the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0 .05) . Conclusion: Shen Zhuo Qinggranules can obviously delay the chronic renal failure and reduce TNF-α,SIL-2Rconcentration,therebyinhibiting renal tissue fibrosis andi mprove the disordered state of i mmune function of the patients .
