百令胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭临床观察 被引量：18

摘要 目的:观察百令胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:64例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为两组:治疗组予常规治疗加百令胶囊,对照组仅给予常规治疗,疗程2月,观察治疗结果并进行比较。结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肾功能改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组C反应蛋白(CRP)下降较对照组显著(P<0.01)。结论:百令胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效明显,能保护肾功能,延缓肾衰竭的发展。
