摘要
以氧化亚铁硫杆菌作为出发菌,经紫外线诱变,考察不同诱变时间对氧化亚铁硫杆菌耐酸和耐氟性能的影响。试验结果表明,经45~60min的紫外线处理,菌株对酸的耐受性增强到pH值为1.2,对氟离子的耐受性达到0.6g/L。
Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was taken as initial strain and mutated by ultraviolet irradiation. The effect of different mutation times on acid and fluoride resistant of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans is studied. The results show that the acid resistant of mutation strains reaches to pH 1.2, and fluoride ion resistant reaches to 0.6 g/L under the condition of mutition times from 40 min to 60 min.
