摘要
在PDA培养基和液体培养基中,加入适宜浓度0. 06mg/L或0. 06mg/L^0. 10mg/L的芸苔素内酯,可促进平菇菌丝体的生长,延缓菌丝体衰老,延长菌种保藏时间.
The effects of brassinolide(BR) on the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied. The results showed that added to the PDA medium and liquid medium, BR could increase the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, and delay the mycelial senility, and prolong the period of spawn storing.
