摘要
目的:观察针刺对胰岛素抵抗(IR)模型大鼠血清、心肌、肝脏和骨骼肌游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量的影响。方法:将24只大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、针刺组,检测比较FBG、INS、ISI及血清、心肌、肝脏和骨骼肌FFA的含量。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠FBG、INS升高,ISI降低(均P<0.01);与模型组比较,针刺组大鼠FBG、INS降低,ISI升高(均P<0.01)。与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清、心肌、肝脏和骨骼肌内FFA含量显著升高(均P<0.01);与模型组比较,针刺组大鼠血清、心肌、肝脏和骨骼肌FFA含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:针刺对胰岛素抵抗有一定的逆转作用,该作用可能是通过减轻IR大鼠血清、心肌、肝脏和骨骼肌内FFA的生成和堆积来实现的。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on free fatty aeid(FFA)content of correlated tissues for experimental rats with insulin resistance(IR). Methods: Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: blank group, model group and acupuncture group. Each group had 8 rats. Blank group rats were fed by normal forage, the other two groups rats were induced into insulin resistance models by feeding of high-fat-sugar-salt forage. After mod- els were induced successfully, blank group rats were fed by normal forage continually, model group rats were fed by high-fat-sugar-salt forage continually; acupuncture group rats were fed by high-fat-sugar-salt forage, and accepted 2 week's acupuncture treatment, 1 time a day. The fasting blood glueose(FBG), plasma insulin(INS), insulin sensitivity index(ISI), the FFA content of serum, heart, liver and muscle for each group were observed after treatment. Results: FBG, INS levels of model group increased and ISI decreased as compared with blank group(P〈0.01 ); FBG, INS levels of acupuncture group decreased and ISI increased as compared with model group(P〈0.01 ). The FFA content of serum, heart, liver and muscle of model gruup increased as compared with blank group(P〈0.01). Compared with model group, the FFA content of serum, heart, liver and muscle of acupuncture group decreased significantly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture exerts certain reversal effect on experimental rats with insulin resistance, the effect comes true mayhe through reducing the FFA production and accumulation in serum, heart, liver and muscle of the rats with IR.
