摘要
[目的]观察针刺对实验性胰岛素抵抗大鼠胰岛素抵抗的逆转作用。[方法]将24只大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组和治疗组3组,每组8只。采用高糖饲料喂养方法复制胰岛素抵抗模型;观察针刺内关、足三里、三阴交以及肾俞等穴位对大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血浆胰岛素(PI)以及胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)的影响。[结果]模型组大鼠的FBG、PI均较正常组升高,而ISI则降低(均P<0.01);给予针刺治疗后,模型大鼠的FBG、PI均下降,而ISI则上升(与模型组比较,均P<0.01)。[结论]针刺对胰岛素抵抗有一定的逆转作用。
[Objective] To observe the reversal action of acupuncture on experimental rats with insulin resistance. [Methods] Twenty-four rats were randomized into normal group, control group and treatment group. Each group had 8 rats. Rat models with insulin resistance were induced by feeding of high-carbonhydrate forage. Fasting blood-glucose (FBG) and plasma insulin (PI) levels and insulin sensitivity index ( ISI) were examined after acupuncture of Neiguan ( PC6 ) , Zusanli ( ST36) , Sanyinjiao (SP6) and Shenshu (BL23). [Results] FBG and PI levels were increased and ISI decreased in model group as compared with those in normal group ( P < 0.01). After acupuncture, FBG and PI levels were decreased and ISI increased in treatment group as compared with those in model group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Acupuncture exerts certain reversal actions on experimental rats with insulin resistance.
