摘要
文章对鱼腥草中总黄酮提取工艺进行研究,筛选出较好的提取方法,然后用AB-8大孔树脂作为分离材料对甜茶中总黄酮进行分离,并对大孔树脂分离总黄酮的工艺参数进行了优化,包括洗脱剂的选择、洗脱浓度的选择、洗脱速度的选择、洗脱曲线的考察、树脂重复使用次数进行考察。
The extract technology of total flavonoid in horttuyia cordala thumb were studied. A good method was obtainef; Then AB-8 macroreticular was used as adsorptive resins to separate total flavonoid in horttuyia cordala thumb. The optimum craft parameters of using macroreticular adsorptive resins separating total flavonoid： Including washing concentration, washing rate, through washing curve, the resin can use times repeatedly.
