摘要
以槲皮素、山奈酚和异鼠李素的静态吸附率/解吸附率为评价指标,考察了HPD600、YWD01G3、YWD01F、07C、AB-8 5种大孔吸附树脂对沙棘叶黄酮苷元的吸附/解吸附性能。实验结果表明:非极性树脂YWD01G3在吸附/解吸附方面显示出最佳的综合性能,对槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素的平均吸附率和解吸附率分别为90.81%和59.51%。该实验为初步确定沙棘叶黄酮纯化用大孔树脂和进一步研究其动态吸附/解吸附提供了依据。该工作经中国科学院兰州查新咨询中心2006年3月28日出具的第2006033101号《科技查新报告》证实,未见相同文献报道。
The flavonoid aglycones: quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in sea buckthorn leaves were chosen as the assessment index for researching the static adsorption and desorption capacities of the flavonoid aglycones on five macroporous resins HPD600, YWD01 (;3,YWD01F,07C and AB - 8. Among these five resins, the nonpolar resin YWD01G3 possesses high adsorption and desorption capacities. The average adsorption and desorption rates for the flavonoid aglycones in sea buckthorn leaves on this resin are 90. 81% and 59. 51%, respectively. The experiment could be used for the evaluation of resins and purification of flavones in sea buckthorn leaves. It could also be looked as a guide for further study of dynamic adsorption and desorption of the resins. There has no same report of this work, which has been confirmed by the Lanzhou Novelty-Search and Consultation Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences ( CAS), the number of the "Scientific and Technical Novelty-Search Report" is 2006033101 ( March 28,2006 ).
