摘要
针对NaF-KF-AlF3电解质体系,研究了不同钾盐含量、不同分子比对初晶温度及氧化铝溶解速度的影响。试验结果表明,分子比为2.1时,添加15wt%KF能使初晶温度降低到850℃左右,而氧化铝的溶解速度只是略微减慢。
The NaF- KF- AlF3 based electrolyte is a kind of promising bath in low- temperature aluminium reductuion, in this paper, the influences of KF content on the liquidus temperature and the alumina dissolution rate are investigated. The results show that when the KF content reach 15wt%, the liquidus temperature of electrolyte is about 850℃, and the alumina dissolution rate almost keep at the same level.
