摘要
研究了熔盐中REO含量、冰晶石比,温度及还原铝量对稀土(RE)在两相中的分配比的影响。得出随熔盐中REO含量增加,分配比上升,但随冰晶石比变化有一最小值。温度升高,分配比减小。铝加入量对分配比无影响。为考查几个因素对分配比的共同影响,给出了不同条件下的r-t与r-c 等值图。
The influences of REO contentin melt,cryolite ratio, temperatureand amount of aluminium added on the distribution of rare-earth in biphasewere discussed. It is found that the distribution ratio increases with REOcontent in melt, however, it shows a minimum value under the variationof cryolite ratio.Although the distribution ratio decreases with increasingtemperature of melt, it is regardless of the amount of aluminium added. Sometwo-dimensional r-t and r-c isograms were plotted under different conditionsto facilitate the investigation on the influencing factors on distribution ratio.
