摘要
目的:阐明蜜炙远志降低胃粘膜损伤的生物学机理,拟从分子水平揭示中药炮制降低胃肠毒性的科学内涵。方法:采用RT-PCR法考察大鼠胃粘膜转化生长因子α(α-TGF)、肠三叶因子(ITF)表达水平。结果:蜜远志能显著增强大鼠胃粘膜ITF的表达(P<0.05),并能上调胃粘膜α-TGF基因表达,生远志对其无显著影响。结论:蜜炙远志降低粘膜损伤的机理可能与增强胃粘膜肠ITF、α-TGF的表达,增强对胃粘膜的保护和损伤修复等机制有关。
Objective: To study the biological mechanism of reducing the gastric mueosa damage by honey-fried Radix Polygalae, and reveal the scientific connotation of gastric and intestine toxicity reducing by concocted Traditional Chinese Medicine at molecular level.Methods: To determine the expression amount of α-TGF and ITF by RT-PCR. Results: Honey-stir-baked Radix Polygalae significandy increased the expression of α-TGF and ITF ( P 〈 0.05), but crud Polygalae didn' t. Conclusion: The biological mechanism may be related to increase α-TGF and ITF expression, which would promote the protection to gastric mucosa and xepair.
