摘要
目的以IL-1β所致胃溃疡复发大鼠为模型,探讨健胃愈疡颗粒抗复发机制。方法以Okeba改良法复制大鼠实验性胃溃疡,腹腔注射IL-1β制作复发模型。采用RT-PCR法观察该药对胃溃疡组织血管内皮生长因子(Vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGFmRNA)表达的影响。结果健胃愈疡组VEGFmR-NA的表达较模型组及对照组显著增高。结论健胃愈疡颗粒可增高VEGFmRNA的上增性表达,这可能是其促进溃疡愈合,减少溃疡复发的机制之一。
Objective: To study the effect of Jianweiyuyang (JWYY) Granules on rats with gastric ulcer recurrence and investigate the mechanism of the JWYY to prevent the recurrence of gastric ulcer. Methods: The gastric ulcer was induced in rat by Okeba′s method with some modification and the recurrence model caused by IL-1β. The expression of Vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA (VEGF mRNA) was examined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in gastric ulcer. Results: VEGF mRNA expression in gastric tissues during the healing process in JWYY group significantly increased compared with the normal, model and Ranitidine treatment groups. Conclusion: It is indicated that Jianweiyuyang Granules can enhance the expression of VEGF mRNA and that may be the mechanism of JWYY treating and preventing recurrence of gastric ulcer.
