高压氧对脑出血患者脑水肿和脑脊液乳酸浓度的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察高压氧对脑出血患者脑水肿和脑脊液乳酸浓度的影响。方法将48例脑出血患者分为两组,A组22例进行常规内科治疗;B组26例在内科治疗的基础上进行高压氧疗,从发病后第3天开始高压氧疗,2次/d,1 h/次,根据病情连续应用14~21 d,比较两组患者发病后第3、7、14、28天的脑水肿体积和脑脊液乳酸浓度的变化、住院时间及病死率。结果发病后第3天两组患者脑水肿体积和脑脊液乳酸浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组患者在发病后第7、14、28天的脑水肿体积明显高于B组(P<0.05);A组患者在发病后第7、14天的脑脊液乳酸浓度明显高于B组(P<0.05),但是发病后第28天两组的脑脊液乳酸浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者住院时间长于B组(P<0.05),但两组病死率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压氧可以减轻脑出血患者脑水肿,降低脑脊液乳酸浓度,缩短住院时间,值得早期应用。
