MH/Ni动力电池极板轧机研究与设计

摘要 MH/Ni动力电池寿命倍受到人们的关注。在电池的制造过程中,影响其性能的最主要环节就是极板的制造。而极板的轧制过程是强力、低速、大负荷的连续性过程,因此,在轧制机构的设计中强度校核尤为重要。通过运用PRO/E对MH/Ni动力电池极板轧机进行了三维造型设计,并在三维装配体的基础上进行运动仿真和有限元强度分析研究。 Along with the development and application of electronic tools,bicycles and cars,MH/Ni power battery got more and more attention by people. During the manufacture process of the battery,the important part which can effect the capability is the manufacture of battery positive. The strength check test is more important during the structure design of mills for the rolling process combines high force ,low velocity and continuum PRO/E was used to do 3D design for the mill and kinetic simulation and finite element research were also done base on the 3D assembly machine.
