摘要
针对机床夹具种类多、无固定设计模型和涉及数据资料多的特点,介绍CAFD开发方法和思路,提出一种基于SolidWorks的二次开发,建立夹具元件数据库和三维图库,在SolidWorks装配环境下交互式生成机床夹具装配体的方法,并阐述了夹具元件三维图库以及夹具三维装配体等生成的关键技术与实施方法。
According to the large quantity of categories, no fixed models and lots of data involved of fixture design, the method of CAFD and building the 3D graphic database of fixture parts, the assembly of machine tool fixture in environment of SolidWorks is discussed based on the development SolidWorks. The key technology and method of building the graphic database and assembly of fixture parts is introduced.
