摘要
以通用桥式起重机箱形桥架为例,通过编程对主梁的强度、刚度和稳定性进行设计验算,并对Pro/E二次开发技术进行深入研究,在此基础上开展了基于Pro/E的桥机桥架参数化智能设计的研究。以Pro/E 3.0软件为开发平台,以Visual C++6.0为开发工具,Access 2003为数据库管理系统,主要对针对参数化智能设计、三维装配体参数化技术、ADO数据库访问技术在产品参数化设计系统中的应用进行了深入研究。
Taking the box bridge of general overhead travelling crane as example, this paper covers overhead travel- ling crane box bridge parameterized and intelligent design system based on design and check programming of the girder' s strength, stiffness and stability and deeply studying of the secondary development technology of Pro/E. The system is devel- oped with Pro/E 3.0 as the development platform, Visual C ++ 6. 0 as the development tool and Access 2003 as the data- base management system, and parameterized and intelligent design technology, parameterized technology of 3D assembled object and application of ADO database access technology in product parameterized design system are deeply explained through development of the system.
