摘要
以5个杂交水稻组合为材料,在灌浆期高温胁迫条件下,测定了与水稻灌浆期耐热性密切相关的生理生化指标:剑叶光合速率、叶绿素、可溶性糖、蛋白质、MDA含量和SOD活性等,进行了主成分分析和逐步回归分析。结果表明,蛋白质和MDA含量与灌浆期耐热性有显著影响,可作为水稻灌浆期耐热性鉴定指标。利用所建立的最优回归方程对供试组合进行了耐热性预测,结果与其在田间表现基本一致。表明,用这2个指标对水稻灌浆期耐热性进行鉴定是可行的。
The physiological-biochemical indexes(photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll, soluble sugar, protein, MDA content and SOD activity of the flag leaf) related to heat tolerance of 5 hybrid rice varieties were determined at the filling stage under high temperature stress. The results show that protein and MDA content significantly influences the heat tolerance and the identification results of their heat tolerance by using the established optimum regression equation accords with their performance in fields. Therefore, the protein and MDA content can be used as the identification indexes of heat tolerance at the filling stage of hybrid rice varieties.
