自然高温条件下黄瓜耐热性成株期鉴定技术研究 被引量:16

摘要 为筛选黄瓜耐热成株期鉴定的形态指标,建立耐热性预测方程,以6个已知耐热性的黄瓜品种为试材,以春茬黄瓜为对照,以夏茬为处理,测定自然高温条件下黄瓜成株期主要形态指标的变化。结果表明:在夏季自然高温条件下黄瓜耐热品种有徒长趋势,而热敏感品种的生长被显著抑制;茎粗的加粗均被抑制,叶面积、株节数因品种耐热性的不同,表现出不同的变化趋势。株高(X1)、茎粗(X2)、叶面积(X3)、株节数(X4),根瓜节位(X5)、化瓜数(X6)、主茎雌花数(X7)与耐热性显著相关,可作为筛选耐热种质的指标。通过逐步回归分析得出株高(X1)可作为黄瓜苗期耐热性鉴定的简易指标,采用回归方程Y=-0.7958+1.0028X1可以预测黄瓜品种资源的耐热性。 In order to screen morphological indexes of cucumber for heat tolerance in adult stage and establish forecast equitation,6 varieties of heat resistant cucumber was taken as testing examples,we determined the change of main morphological indexes of cucumber under natural high temperature condition in summer while taking spring cucumber as CK.The results showed that the plants of heat resistant grew excessively while the height of heat sensitive was constrained significantly,and the stem diameter was decreased.Due to the different heat-resistant varieties,leaf area,plants sessions showed different trends.Plant height(X1),stem diameter(X2),leaf area(X3),node number of plant(X4),first fruit(X5) and aborted gourd(X6),female flower of main stem showed a significant correlation with the heat-resistant,which were suggested as reliable screening standards to identify heat tolerance variety.According to step regression,the height(X1) could be taken as simple indexes under the condition of natural high temperature,to forecast the heat tolerance of other varieties in adult stage by using the regressive equitation Y=-0.7958+1.0028X1.
