摘要
通过实验确定紫茎女贞老叶生物类黄酮的提取工艺为:以乙醇浓度60%为溶剂,料液比1∶20,在95℃回流浸提2 h;将提取液浓缩、离心、干燥得黄酮粗粉(得率5.95%,总黄酮含量22.5%)和黄酮浸膏(得率2.37%,总黄酮含量19.6%),可作为天然添加剂广泛应用于食品、药品、化妆品生产。
The extraction technology of flavonoids from Ligustnun purpuracscens Y.C. Yang old leaves was studied. The optimum extraction condition was that taking 60% ethanol as solvent, the ratio of material to solvent 1 : 20, at 95 ℃ extracting for 2h. Condensed, centrifugated and dried the extracting liquid, flavonoid crude powder (yield 5.95%, flavonoids content 22.5% ) and paste (yield 2.37%, flavonoids content 19.6%) were obtained. They could be used as natural additive to foods, drugs and cosmetics.
