摘要
利用差热分析(DSC)和在不同温度下加热-急冷,并结合金相组织观察方法研究AZ80镁合金的凝固相变温度及凝固组织变化特征。通过对AZ80镁合金DSC曲线和不同温度下金相组织的比较、分析,确定了该合金的相变起始温度为426.02℃,共晶温度为432.44℃,固相线温度为528.13℃,液相线温度为609.78℃。同时,通过对不同温度下急冷试样的组织观察,分析了AZ80镁合金在凝固过程中的相变及组织演变特征,并确定了差热分析所得相变温度的准确性。
The phase transformation temperature was measured with DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) method and the solidification process and the solidified microstructures of AZ80 magnesium alloy were analyzed through metallographic observation. According to DSC curve and the microstructure information, the initial temperature of the phase transformation is 426.02℃; the solidus temperature of the alloy is 528.13℃; the liquidus temperature is 609.78℃. At the same time, the microstructure evolution and the phase transformation characters during solidification of AZ80 magnesium alloy were analyzed, the accuracy of the phase transformation temperature can be confirmed by observing the rapid quenching microstructures of samples obtained at different temperatures.
