心肌缺血-再灌注损伤防治研究概况及展望 被引量:2

摘要 近些年来,减轻心肌缺血-再灌注损伤一直是心脏病学应用基础研究中的一个热点。本文从心肌缺血-再灌注损伤产生的可能相关机制入手,阐述了目前减轻心肌缺血-再灌注损伤方法,对心肌缺血预适应、西药处理、中医针灸和基因治疗等各种治疗方法进行总结。伴随着分子生物学技术的进步,研究基质金属蛋白酶MMPs对减轻心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的作用,对新兴的治疗靶点进行展望。
