摘要
对近10年来国内外有关针灸和缺血预适应干预心肌缺血再灌注损伤的机理研究进行了综述和分析,试图为针灸防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤在细胞信号转导通路方面的机制研究提供可能的线索,为进一步阐明针灸预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用提供思路。
Mechanism studies related to acu - moxibustion and ischemic preconditioning＇s effects on myocardial ische- mia/reperfusion injury in the past 10 years at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed. We try to find some possible clues for researches on the cell signal transduction pathway of acupuncture and moxibustion and further to elucidate the protective effect of acupuncture preconditioning on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.
