摘要
从流程优化定义、社区门诊服务的特点、护理流程优化意义、门诊护理流程中存在的问题与不足以及对策等方面,对国内外有关门诊护理流程优化管理的研究进行综述。
From the definition of flow - sheet optimal, characteristics of out - patient clinic service in community,the significance of nursing flow- sheet op- timal,problems and inadequacy existed in out- patient clinic nursing flowsheet and its strategies,it summarized researches on outpatient clinic nursing flow - sheet optimal management at home and abroad.
