摘要
在雾培马铃薯初花期,以清水为对照(CK),叶面喷施不同浓度5 mg.L-1(T1)、10 mg.L-1(T2)、20 mg.L-1(T3)4、0 mg.L-1(T4)烯效唑,研究了烯效唑对雾培马铃薯光合作用与光合产物的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施烯效唑可增加雾培马铃薯叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr),提高PSⅡ的潜在活性和原初光能转换效率。同时叶片可溶性蛋白含量升高,而可溶性糖含量降低。其中T3处理下光合作用最强,与对照达到显著差异。
In order to study the effect of uniconazole on the photosynthesis and photosynthate of aero-ponic potato, the leaves of aeroponic potato plant were treated by the different concentrations of uniconazole with 5, 10, 20, 40 mg · L-1 during the first bloom, with the water as CK. The results showed that uniconazole may increase the chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic (Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), transpiration rate(Tr)of aeroponic potato leaves. In addition, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters such as Fv/F0 and Fv/Fm were significantly promoted. The soluble protein was increased hut soluble sugar was reduced. In all treatments, the treatment of 20 mg · L^-1 had the biggest photosynthesis and significantly different compared with the CK.
