摘要
利用差热扫描量热计(DSC)、动态粘弹谱仪(DDV)和力学性能测试等手段研究了PPO/PHS-PDMS、PPO/PPO-PHS-PDMS和PPO/PS/PPO-PHS-PDMS3个共混体系的形态结构和性能。结果表明,PPO/PHS-PDMS为一相容体系。当PPO分子量与PPO-PHS-PDMS中PPO分子量相同时,PPO/PPO-PHS-PDMS与PPO/PS/PPO-PHS-PDMS是两个相容体系。共混物的杨氏模量和强度皆比原来有明显的提高。
Morphology and properties of blends for polyphenylether (PPO) with polyphydroxylstyrenepolydimethylsiloxane (PHSPDMS) copolymer, PPOPHSPDMS and PS/PPOPHSPDMS have been studied by DSC, DDV and mechanical properties experimentation. The results show that PPO/PHSPDMS blends are complete compatible system, when molecule weight of PPO and PPO in PPOPHSPDMS are equal, PPO/PPOPHSPDMS blends and PPO/PS/PPOPHSPDMS blends are two compatible system. Yan′s modular and strength of the blends are improved.
