摘要
研究了聚二甲基硅氧烷─聚砜嵌段共聚物在CHCl3-NaOH(H2O)乳液体系中的合成方法;研究了温度,反应物浓度,加入氢氧化钠的数量等条件对合成反应的影响规律。确定了该反应的最佳条件。通过对产物制成的均质膜的力学性能及氢氧透气性的测定及与其他含二甲基硅氧烷嵌段共聚物性能比较,证明采用乳液缩聚法合成的高分子透气膜各方面性能与其他方法制取的含二甲基硅氧烷的嵌段物相近。
The synthesization method of polydimethylsiloxane-polysulpho block polymer in CHCl3-NaOH(H2O) emulsion system is studied. The synthesis reaction is affected by temperature, reactant concentration and the quantity of sodium hydroxide. Reseauuing its regularity, we define the optimum condition of this reaction. Moreover, we determine the mechanical property and the permeability for oxygen and nitrogen of the homogeneous film.And prove that, compared with other block polymer which contains dimethylsiloxane, the high-molecular per meability film preparated by emulsion condensation polymerization method has the similar property.
