利用硅胺基与羟基缩合生成硅醚的不可逆反应,合成以聚砜或聚芳砜为硬段,聚对羟基苯乙烯或酚醛等低聚物为半硬段,硅氧烷为软段组成的三元嵌段共聚物。详细讨论了反应物种类、溶剂、浓度、反应温度和时间等对三元嵌段共聚反应的影响,确定了不同硬段和半硬段的反应活性次序,总结出较佳的合成工艺,制得了高分子量的三元嵌段共聚合物。根据反应过程中的特性粘度及,IR谱图的变化对三元共聚反应历程作了初步探讨。
The segmented ternary copolymers containing polydimethylsiloxane as softsegmented were synthesized by a two--step condensation reaction: first betweenoligomers of hydroxyl--terminted polysufone and dimethylamine--terminatedpolydimethylsiloxane, and then the segmented copolymer obtained withpoly--p--hydroxylstyrene.The product thus obtained was characterized by IRspectroscopy and viscosity.The results confirm that the condensation reaction tookplace as espected. The order of the reaction activity of various hydroxyl group was de-termined, and the mechanism of the co--polycondensation was also discussed.
