摘要
师生心理契约的建构是以"期望+责任+爱"的理论模式作用于师生双方的,它比一般的个体期望能更好的改善师生关系。师生心理契约的达成在于教师回归"教育者"本位居所,以实现师生精神的共勉与相契;通过师生对话与交往,深度关注学生成长与发展的需要;回归学生的话语系统,实现师生关系的融通。心理契约建构的根本在于爱的畅通无阻,爱可以迟到但永远不能缺席,爱应行使对现代教育的救赎。
The construction of psychological contract based on expectations,responsibility and affection, which has more effective than expectations in improving the relationship between teacher and students. The construction of psychological contract depends on the change of teacher's role:not only teaching but also cultivation.It can realize mutual encouragement between teachers and students;to pay close attention to the demand of students'growth and development through conversation and association;to return students'tongue system to achieve harmony in relationship between teachers and students.The essence of construction of psychological contract is affection, the affection can be late but not be absent and it must shoulder the redemption of modern education.
