摘要
大工程观教育理念已经引起中国高等教育界的广泛关注和思考,它要求教育提供综合的知识背景,强调教学的实践性和培养学生的创造性。本文将大工程思想引入保险精算教育中,提出了我国保险精算教育在知识系统性、实践能力和创新性等方面存在的一些问题。然后从教师队伍、实验教学内容和实验室建设等角度,探讨了保险精算专业培养基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高、富有创新精神的高级应用型人才的思路。
The educational idea of large - scale engineering has aroused abroad attention and thought in Chinese higher education circle. It requires that education should provide comprehensive knowledge background, emphasize on the practical aspects and cultivate the creativity of students. The thesis introduces the idea of large - scale engineering into the education of insurance and actuary. Some problems have been put forward in the education of insurance and actuary in our country, such as systemic aspects of knowledge, practical ability, innovation and etc. Then from angle of teacher procession, content of practical teaching and construction of laboratory, the thesis discussed new path for insurance and actuary to train applied students with solid foundation and comprehensive knowledge, high level of competence, excellent diathesis and innovative spirit.
