摘要
针对小型燃气发动机与汽油同型号发动机相比燃烧不好、点火慢、动力性差、燃料耗费大、导致排污差、造成尾气空气污染等缺点,对发动机的核心部件,供气装置的结构进行分析研究,研制出一种新的供气装置,达到空气量与燃料的合理配比,使燃烧充分。解决了发动机功率不足、动力差、燃烧不彻底、排气污染大等问题。
Compared to the same model gasoline engine, small gas engine has worse combustion, slower ignition, poorer power performance, more fuel consumption, worse discharge and exhaust pollution. Based on analysis of the main parts and the structure of air feeding device, a new air feeder for the FD36cc gas engine was designed. It can achieve complete combustion by optimizing the proportion of air and fuel, By which the disadvantages of the gas engine can be overcome.
