摘要
针对小型燃气发动机与汽油同型号发动机相比,燃烧不好,起动性差,点火慢,燃料耗费大,导致排污差,造成尾气空气污染的缺点,对发动机的核心部件,活塞和供气装置的结构进行分析研究,研制出一种新的活塞结构和供气装置.解决了发动机功率不足,动力差,燃烧不彻底,排气污染大的问题.
In view of the disadvantages of small gas engine, such as not good combustion, worse starting, slow ignition, and also other shortcomings compared to the same model gasoline engine, such as more fuel consumption causing more pollution discharge and exhaust pollution, the paper analyses and studies the engine' s core part, the structure of piston and air feeder, develops one kind of new piston and the air feeder structure. It can solve these problems like lack of engine power, poor motivation, incompletely burning and plenty of exhaust pollution.
