摘要
本文论述了我国高校辅导员队伍建设的现状,并提出了高校辅导员队伍职业化建设的五点思考。
This paper illustrates the current situation of the construction of the assistants team in colleges and universities in our country, and puts forward the five thoughts of the construction of professionalization of the assistants team in colleges and universities.
