摘要
以普通高校优质教育资源与社会资金、资源结合的方式举办、按民办机制运行的独立学院,在企业文化视野下,人力资源管理既有独特性,亦存在不少问题。独立学院应尊重企业文化的合理性,促进企业文化与高校文化的融合,进行人力资源的整体开发和优化配置。
In the view of enterprise culture, the independent academy of the private mechanism is held by the high--quality educational resources,social funds and the combination of resources, and its human resource management is unique,but still exists some problems. Independent academy should respect the rationality of corporate culture, promote the integration of enterprise culture and college culture, make the overall development and the optimization allocation of human resource.
