摘要
公立高校独立学院,是在我国加快推进高等教育大众化进程的背景下,出现的一种有别于公立和民办的新型高等教育办学模式。本文从现实根源、理论基础、制度依据和属性认定等方面入手,对独立学院产生的必然性、运行的可行性、营利的合法性等争议焦点问题进行探讨。
This paper explores on the questions of necessity,possiblity and legality of individual schools in public universities,from the aspects of its practical root,theoretical basis and systematic foundation.
