摘要
通过对现有我国体育人力资源方面研究成果的分析,归纳了目前我国体育人力资源发展的研究现状及特征,展示了我国在体育人力资源理论现状及开发等方面取得的进展,指出了我国体育人力资源开发与研究上的不足,即有关社区体育人力资源以及开发模式等方面的研究相对匮乏,尚未形成符合我国基本国情的体育人力资源理论体系等。
On the basis of analyzing the current research findings of the sport personnel, the paper summarizes the features of the current sport personnel researches in China, presents the development of the researches and points out the deficiencies of the researches, i. e. , lack of research of community sport personnel and exploration mode and theoretical system of sport personnel resource fit for China.
